How do I choose aquarium led lights?

The amount of light required for your Fish Tank depends on the types of plants you have. If you have opted for "easy" low-light plants, 10-20 lumens (0.25-0.5w) per litre will suffice. For "medium" plants, we suggest using 20-40 lumens (0.5-1watt) per litre, while "advanced" plants need more than 40 lumens (1w) per litre.
If your aquarium contains low to medium-light plants, we recommend using our SPL LED aquarium lights. These lights use SME2835 and range from 8w to 30w in total wattage. The Aquarium LED Light comes with a convenient timer, making it easy to use.
