Precautions:

1.This product is waterproof, waterproof grade up to IP68.Power plug must be kept away from water.

2. Please select the appropriate power supply according to the pump power specification.

3. Do not plug or unplug the power plug with wet hands. Always turn off the power supply in advance before cleaning or maintenance. Clean the housing with a soft cloth.

4.This filter is only suitable for fresh water or slightly salty water. It is strictly prohibited to use in pure liquid environment.

5. If you are not a professional, please do not disassemble the internal core parts of the pump by yourself, if you need maintenance, please contact a professional.

6. Be sure to use the product completely submerged in water. Prolonged operation without water will lead to overheating of the pump, causing damage to the product due to temperature rise, generating thermal noise and abnormal noise. Please note that running without water for more than 5 minutes is strictly prohibited. For cleaning or maintenance, please disconnect the power supply and apply a small amount of lubricant to the surface of the ceramic shaft.

Tips for use:

1.If the pump does not produce bubbles or the oxygenation effect is not obvious, please check: is the pump fully submerged? Is the water level of the fish tank sufficient? Is the air inlet exposed to air? Is the air hose clogged or bent?

2. If the outlet pipe is clogged with foreign objects during use, water may overflow from the pipe connection to the aquarium. Please take care to keep the aquarium clean to prevent foreign objects from clogging the water outlet.

Water pump common problems:

1. Noisy: The pump is designed to be used fully submerged in water up to 16 cm to minimize noise. Please make sure it is fully submerged.

2. Small flow rate or reduced head: Possible causes: mechanical impurities clogging the water inlet or filter cotton; the pump inlet is not completely submerged in water; the diameter of the hose connecting the outlet is larger than the diameter of the outlet, resulting in excessive resistance.

3. The pump can not start or difficult to run: may be the sensor magnetic field signal loss. Need to recheck the sensor connection, or let the pump away from the strong magnetic field environment.

4. Difference in flow rate and head: Please note that the actual flow rate and head will change from the nominal value due to voltage fluctuation and differences in the length and diameter of the water outlet rain shower pipe and connecting pipe.
