The mold workshop is 500 square feet, there are three wire cutters, one piercing machine, one CNC machining center 8 sets, one fine engraving machine. Five CNC machines, one miniature diaphragm pump.
There are 20 injection molding machines in the injection molding workshop, mainly through the melting and re-melting of plastic into the mold, to be cold cut to form the required shape of the product.
Integrating Sphere. The working principle of the integrating sphere is suffering from diffuse reflection and distribution of light into the sphere, forming a light field to ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement results. It is mainly used for testing of spectral light sources.
